All participants will receive a copy of “Business Storytelling 2.0” by Stephan Lendi, included in the course fee. The book serves as a reference to deepen and apply the workshop insights in daily practice.
Target group
People in leadership roles, ambitious team leaders and employees who want to develop their skills in a profitable way. This training is especially suitable for non-native speakers who would like to improve their English communication skills while at the same time enhancing their personal presence. The sessions will be highly interactive, supportive, and practical – ensuring learning is both effective and enjoyable.
Coach
Stephan Lendi holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and trained as a professional mediator at both Harvard Law School and the London School of Mediation. He has completed further training in negotiation and conflict resolution at the University of Cape Town and in CSR at Yale University and Stanford University School of Medicine.

The seminar will take place in the ‘Kursaal Meetings & Events Centre’. If you are travelling by car, it is easiest to park in the Tamina Therme / Casino underground car park and then follow the signs up the stairs to the Kursaal. Registration and cancellation conditions
Places are primarily available to managers from the hotel and catering industry. Interested parties from other sectors will receive a definitive confirmation of participation by e-mail at least 2 weeks before the event.
Participants can cancel their registration free of charge up to one month before the start of the seminar. Cancellations made less than one month before the start of the seminar will be charged at 50 per cent of the costs and cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of the event will be charged in full. In the event of no cancellation, the full event price will be charged. We are happy to accept a replacement participant free of charge. Please refer to the general terms and conditions.
