Michele Cueni, a Master Trainer an certificated Coach is deeply passionate about unleashing the potential in individuals across diverse industries and global contexts, enabling them to make valuable contributions, grow and develop.

Her expertise extends into designing and delivering sustainable Leadership programs. As the owner of Management Communication GmbH, Michele has spent over 27 years working intensively with Leaders and their teams worldwide. She partners with FranklinCovey and Heidrick and Struggles, contributing her insights to high-level management. Beyond corporate settings, Michele has crafted and delivered Leadership programs for the UN and NGO's witnessing firsthand the tangible difference her work makes in people's lives.

Grand Resort Bad RagazThe seminar will take place in the ‘Kursaal Meetings & Events Centre’. If you are travelling by car, it is easiest to park in the Tamina Therme / Casino underground car park and then follow the signs up the stairs to the Kursaal. You can find more information and the exact location map under Campus.

Registration and cancellation conditions

Places are primarily available to managers from the hotel and catering industry. Interested parties from other sectors will receive a definitive confirmation of participation by e-mail at least 2 weeks before the event.

Participants can cancel their registration free of charge up to one month before the start of the seminar. Cancellations made less than one month before the start of the seminar will be charged at 50 per cent of the costs and cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of the event will be charged in full. In the event of no cancellation, the full event price will be charged. We are happy to accept a replacement participant free of charge. Please refer to the general terms and conditions.
